Cardamom - Ayurveda Straight From Granny’s kitchen




Cardamom is most commonly known as mouth freshener as it is a scented element. The other health benefits and easy uses of it are below.

1) Dry cough -

Take 3 cardamoms and roast them on pan till the fumes rise from it. As you see fumes are coming switch off the burner and cover the cardamom with a plate over it. After it cools down make fine powder of those roasted cardamom
