The
imbalance of one’s emotional, mental, physical harmony due to lifestyle changes

on emotional and physical disharmony.
Well being
of mind and body is interdependent. Hence, if mind is not well it creates huge
impact on body’s health and vice versa. However, yoga identifies this
interdependency and created the precious thumb rules or golden formulas to keep
both the mind and body in sync and help in its wellness.
In today’s
world of hustle and bustle where health of both mind and body is at stake,
there is no option for yoga. But that doesn’t mean yoga can be the only means
of therapy. And also its not correct to turn towards yoga when some diseases occur.
